Regex Tester & Validator

Matches file paths within the node_modules directory while explicitly excluding two specific packages: @devplat/bestie-privacy (and anything following it) and whatwg-fetch. It uses a negative lookahead to skip these exception libraries and a trailing .* to capture the full path after node_modules/. Commonly used in linting, license scanning, or build tooling to process vendored dependencies but whitelist certain packages.
