Matches a Colombian NIT (Número de Identificación Tributaria) tax ID: exactly nine digits from 1-9 (zeros excluded from the main body), optionally followed by a hyphen and a single check digit (0-9), e.g. 123456789-0. Useful for validating or extracting Colombian tax identification numbers from documents or forms. The global flag finds all occurrences, and multiline supports line-by-line text processing.
