Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Validates Nigerian mobile phone numbers in local format: exactly 11 digits starting with 0, followed by 7, 8, or 9, then 0 or 1 (covering prefixes like 070, 071, 080, 081, 090, 091), and ending with 8 arbitrary digits. Useful for form input validation of Nigerian numbers without the +234 country code. The gm flags allow matching each number on separate lines in multiline text.
