Matches the Spanish idiom 'ni fácil ni difícil' (neither easy nor difficult), including the 'ni...ni' (neither...nor) construction. Built with typo tolerance: allows accented or unaccented vowels (fácil/facil, difícil/dificil), common misspellings of the 'cil' ending (cil/sil/zil), and optional trailing 'l'. The .* and . separators allow arbitrary text or punctuation between the words, and case-insensitive flags handle capitalization. Useful for sentiment analysis or text mining of Spanish reviews and opinions.
