Regex Tester & Validator

Matches calls to ngtxt() or lazy_ngtxt() translation functions with three arguments: a quoted singular string, a quoted plural string, and a count expression (e.g., ngtxt("item", "items", n)). It supports both single and double quotes, respects escaped characters within strings, and captures the two message contents in groups 2 and 4. Typically used in i18n tooling to extract translatable plural strings from Python source code.
