Matches Nepali mobile phone numbers with an optional +977 country code prefix, followed by a 10-digit local number that starts with 9 and has a second digit of 6-9 (e.g., 98XXXXXXXX). The g flag finds all matches in a body of text, while m treats each line independently. Useful for validating user input or extracting Nepal-based contact numbers from documents or logs.
