Regex Tester & Validator

Matches lines ending in `.css` that do NOT contain the word 'screen' anywhere before the extension, using a negative lookahead applied at each character position. Commonly used in Sublime Text's SFTP package to exclude files like screen.css from upload/sync operations via ignore filters. The `g` flag finds all matches and `m` makes `^` anchor to the start of each line.
