Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches a two-part phrase ending in an exclamation mark, where the first section does not start with 'hello' or 'goodby' and the second section does not start with 'word' or 'cosmos'. It uses negative lookaffects placed at the start of each capture group, so the forbidden words are only blocked as prefixes, not anywhere within the matched text. Useful for validating or filtering exclamatory sentences that must avoid specific opening words.
