About this regex

Matches common URL tracking/analytics parameters used by the Neat URL extension to strip them from links. It captures dozens of known parameter names such as utm_*, fbclid, gclid, gclsrc, yclid, _openstat, mkt_tok, hsCtaTracking, mc_eid/cid, and many vendor-specific prefixes (spm, scm-, aff_, pd_rd_, elq*, itm_, tt_, wt_, sc_, etc.). Each match includes an optional leading '?', the parameter name, an optional =value portion, and uses lookaheads to ensure the match ends cleanly at '&', end-of-line, or a quote, enabling global removal of tracking params.
