Validates a personal name field allowing only alphabetic characters and whitespace, with a length of 2 to 66 characters. It accepts Latin letters (case-insensitive via the i flag) and Arabic script characters using the Unicode \p{Arabic} property, while a negative lookahead explicitly rejects any digits. Ideal for bilingual English/Arabic registration or profile forms where names must contain no numbers.
