Matches TypeScript code patterns where a TypeORM { queryRunner } object is passed alongside a context object containing a user property (with optional type annotation), cast as ContextWithUser. Typically used in codemods or find-and-replace operations to refactor transactional context objects, capturing intermediate properties for rearrangement. The gms flags enable global matching across lines.
