Matches text beginning with one or more digits (like an ID or count) followed by a newline, then zero or more opening square brackets and the quoted string "tb". Useful for parsing structured exports, JSON-like fragments, or custom data formats where a numeric header line precedes a table or field definition named 'tb'. The escaped quotes match literal double-quote characters surrounding 'tb'.
