Matches musical chord symbols in standard notation, starting with a root note (A–G) optionally modified by sharps or flats (#, ##, b, bb), followed by an optional chord quality (M, m, aug, dim, sus, add) and extension or alteration (6, 7, 9, 11, 13, -5, +5). Catches chords like C, Am7, F#, Bb13, or G#dim. Useful for parsing chord sheets, guitar tabs, lead sheets, or building music transcription and transposition tools.
