Matches text containing three labeled order fields—orderNumber, orderType, and orderCompany—each captured into a named group as a run of non-whitespace characters following the 'label : ' pattern. The lazy .*? connectors, combined with the dotall flag so dots match newlines, skip arbitrary intermediate content between fields, making it ideal for parsing multi-line application logs or unstructured order records. With the global flag, it extracts all such field sets throughout a document.
