Matches strings ending in .mp4 (case-insensitive), optionally preceded by an http:// or https:// scheme and a www. subdomain. Commonly used to validate or detect MP4 video file URLs and file paths. Note that the lazy .+? consumes everything before the extension, so the scheme and www parts are optional decoration rather than strict structure enforcement.
