Extracts a movie title and file extension from video release filenames. It skips TV episodes numbered like '2x05' via a negative lookahead, ignores optional bracketed release group tags (e.g. '[Group] '), and cuts the title off at quality/language markers such as dvdrip, divx, xvid, 720p/1080p, CD numbers, ita/eng, or a 4-digit year. Capture group 1 holds the cleaned title and group 2 the 2-3 character extension, making it useful for media library organizers and filename parsers.
