Matches uncommented lines in an Apache httpd.conf file where an Options directive includes FollowSymLinks. It captures three groups: the line prefix up to and including 'Options' and any other values, the separating whitespace, and 'FollowSymLinks' itself, allowing you to replace or remove just that flag (e.g., swap it for SymLinksIfOwnerMatch) while preserving the rest of the line. With the m flag, ^ anchors to each line start, and [^#\n]* ensures commented-out directives are skipped.
