Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches mobile/phone numbers in three formats: plain numbers starting with a nonzero digit, numbers prefixed with an international dialing code (00 or 0), and E.164-style numbers beginning with a plus sign. Digits may be separated by spaces, parentheses, dots, or hyphens, with an optional space after the prefix. Captures the 00/0 or + prefix separately, making it useful for validating and parsing user-entered phone numbers across local and international conventions.
