Detects lists missing an Oxford (serial) comma by matching two comma-separated items followed directly by 'and' or 'or' plus a final word with no intervening comma (e.g., 'red, white and blue'). An optional preposition such as 'in', 'of', 'above', or 'other' before the final item is also supported (e.g., 'cats, dogs and other pets'). Useful for proofreading, grammar linting, and enforcing serial comma style rules in prose.
