Matches lines beginning with 'Data de registro:' (Portuguese for 'Date of registration:') followed by any content up to a blank line. With multiline and global flags enabled, it finds every occurrence across the whole text, making it useful for parsing Brazilian legal or administrative records and detecting entries missing an ementa (case summary).
