Regex Tester & Validator

Matches the entire content of a file (dot-all, case-sensitive) only when the text does NOT contain the whole-word phrase 'Copyright MyCompany Ltd. All Rights Reserved'. It uses a negative lookahead anchored at the start of input, so a successful match flags a file that is missing the required copyright header. Commonly used in Visual Studio/.NET policy or code-analysis rules to detect source files without the mandatory copyright notice.
