Regex Tester & Validator

Matches HTML comments (<!--...-->, non-greedy, with the inner content captured) or a whitespace character not followed by a word boundary (\s\B), i.e., a space that isn't sitting between two word characters. Designed for HTML minification: replacing matches with an empty string strips comments and redundant whitespace without accidentally merging adjacent words. The g flag processes all occurrences; m has no effect since no anchors are present.
