Extracts errored mods from Minecraft Forge crash reports. The character class [ULCHIJAD] matches Forge's mod lifecycle state letters (Unloaded, Loaded, Constructed, Pre-initialized/H, Initialized, post-Initialized/J, Available, Disabled), and the trailing E indicates the mod reached an 'Errored' state. The mod name and version are captured in group 1. Using global and multiline flags, it finds every errored mod line, which is handy for quickly diagnosing mod conflicts or broken installations.
