Matches URLs or hostnames pointing to Akamai CDN servers, starting with 'server' followed by digits and the akamaized.com domain, then any path ending in .mpd (MPEG-DASH manifest file). Commonly used to extract DASH adaptive streaming manifest URLs from web pages, logs, or configuration files. The global and multiline flags enable finding all such links across multiple lines of text.
