Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches the standalone word 'foo' only when it is not preceded or followed by a hyphen/dash character. Uses line anchors (^ and $ with multiline flag) or non-dash surrounding characters, combined with word boundaries, to exclude hyphenated compounds like 'foo-bar' or 'bar-foo'. Useful for filtering text to find isolated word occurrences while skipping hyphenated variants.
