Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches double-quoted strings, including empty strings and strings containing escaped quotes (\"). The first alternative allows any characters except unescaped quotes inside the string, ending with a non-backslash character before the closing quote to prevent matching escaped quotes as delimiters. Commonly used for extracting string literals from source code, config files, or tokenizing quoted values in CSV-style data parsing.
