Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches three sequences of word/digit characters separated by delimiters: the first separator must be a hyphen (with optional surrounding spaces), while the second can be either whitespace or another hyphen. Each part is captured into its own group for extraction. Useful for parsing three-part identifiers, names, or codes like 'ABC-123 XYZ', 'foo-bar baz', or 'item - 456 - Q7', with global case-insensitive matching.
