Test, validate and match regular expressions
This regex matches basic email addresses in the format word@word.word, where 'word' consists of one or more word characters (alphanumeric and underscore). It's useful for simple email extraction from text or basic validation, though it won't match emails with dots in usernames, plus signs, or subdomains. With global and multiline flags, it finds all matches across multiple lines of text.
