This regex matches dates in a day-month-year format where the day is 1-2 digits, the month is a 3-letter abbreviation, and the year is 4 digits, all separated by hyphens (e.g., '01-Jan-2023' or '15-Dec-1999'). Note that [A-z] technically includes some non-letter characters between Z and a in ASCII, but works for standard month abbreviations.
