This PCRE2 regex matches a closing `</al>` tag followed by optional whitespace, and captures a sequence starting with `<a` and containing any Unicode characters (including whitespace and newlines) until it hits an opening `<al>` tag. It is useful for parsing custom XML or HTML-like markup where multibyte characters might be present.
