Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex uses an alternation trick to match the word "Tarzan" specifically when it is not enclosed in double quotes. It will match the quoted phrase `"Tarzan"` first, but since it lacks a capture group, it yields an empty result. For unquoted instances of "Tarzan", it falls back to the second alternative and captures the word in group 1, allowing you to easily filter out the quoted matches. It is commonly used in Python with `re.findall()` to return a list of only the unquoted matches.
