Regex Editor & Tester

This regular expression matches unchecked Markdown checkboxes (specifically the string "[ ] "). It uses a negative lookahead to ensure the checkbox is not immediately followed by a tilde (~) or a footnote reference like [^1], which helps avoid false positives in complex Markdown documents. It is intended to be used with global and multiline flags to find all occurrences across a text file.
