Regex Tester & Validator

Matches SQL AND clauses containing optional macro patterns in TPSQL templates. Specifically captures conditions where a double-bracketed macro variable (e.g., [[VAR_NAME]]) is compared to an empty string OR'd with a column comparison, in either ordering. Useful for identifying and processing optional SQL filter clauses in template-based SQL generation where macro parameters may be empty.
