This regular expression matches entire lines containing specific French keywords (LIGNE, Espace, Maintien, point, Delta, or ENTREE) along with their trailing newline. Using the multiline and global flags, it is designed to find all occurrences across multiple lines, typically for filtering out or deleting unnecessary lines from AutoCAD list outputs.
