This regex matches LinkedIn URLs with optional http/https protocol and optional 'www' or country-code subdomain prefix. It validates linkedin.com followed by either short 2-3 character paths or longer paths containing alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and URL parameters. Useful for extracting or validating LinkedIn profile, company, or post links from text.
