Parses entries from a VTECH V-Lib library catalogue format. It captures an optional item status marker and ID (group 1), the item title which may span multiple lines (group 2), and a classification code (group 3) that can include letters, numbers, decimals, and an optional category word. The pattern relies on precise whitespace indentation (7 spaces for first line, 24 for second line) to structure the match.
