It captures an external number (INC...), then extracts fields such as name (ins_libl), city (apt_localisation), requester details (apt_nom, apt_telephone), category (tsy_lib), and description (commentaire_externe) using named capture groups. It is useful for extracting data from French-language logs or formatted text entries with consistent line breaks.
