Matches HTML/XML-style tags with text content between them for Laravel localization tasks. It captures the opening tag (including attributes), tag name, inner translatable text content, and closing tag separately. Useful for extracting translatable strings from Blade templates or processing multilingual content wrapped in custom markup tags.
