Extracts key-value pairs from JSON-like strings by capturing the key (word characters) in group 1 and the value in group 2. The value can optionally be quoted and excludes commas and quotes internally. Useful for simple JSON parsing or extracting data from JSON-formatted content with global multiline matching.
