Regex Tester & Validator

Matches lines containing a Jira-style issue key (any text ending in a hyphen followed by digits, e.g. 'ABC-123') followed by whitespace and a trailing description. The issue identifier is captured in the named 'issue' group and the remaining text in the 'desc' group, while the [^?] boundaries skip lines containing question marks. Commonly used to parse time-tracking or work-log entries (e.g. Jira/Toggl 'jiggl' style logs) where each line pairs a ticket number with a description.
