Matches CSS-style rgb() and rgba() color function strings, capturing the red, green, blue (and optionally alpha) channel values as separate groups. For rgb, it expects three 1-3 digit integers; for rgba, it also expects an alpha value formatted as a decimal between 0.0 and 1.0. Useful for extracting or validating color values in JavaScript, CSS preprocessing, or design tooling.
