Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex matches content enclosed in double quotes, capturing the text between them. The pattern uses `{1}` quantifiers (though redundant) to match single quote characters at the start and end, with a lazy `.*?` capture group in between. With the global flag, it finds all quoted strings in the input. Useful for extracting quoted values from text, processing string literals in code, or parsing simple CSV-like data where values are delimited by quotes.
