Regex Tester & Validator

Matches IPv4 addresses with global and multiline flags. The first three octets accept values 0-255 using standard range validation (250-255, 200-249, 100-199, 0-99). The final octet uses a similar pattern but excludes values ending in 0 within the 0-99 range and caps at 254, effectively avoiding broadcast and network addresses. Useful for validating host IPs in network configurations.
