Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regular expression matches an IPv4 address followed by a CIDR notation mask, such as 192.168.1.1/24. It validates that each octet falls within the 0-255 range without leading zeros (and the first octet cannot be zero), and accepts any sequence of digits for the mask portion. It is useful for parsing network configurations, firewall rules, or access control lists.
