Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex validates IPv4 addresses with optional leading zeros before each octet (0-255). It optionally supports a CIDR-like suffix on the last octet in the format /0-255. Useful for network configuration validation where leading zeros or extended subnet notation might be present. Note that the CIDR portion allows values beyond the typical 0-32 range used for IPv4 subnet masks.
