Matches invalid HTML attribute name characters per the HTML5 specification. The first part validates the starting character (which must be a letter, underscore, colon, or specific Unicode ranges), and the second part checks subsequent characters (which additionally allow digits, hyphens, and periods). Useful for sanitizing or validating HTML attribute names.
