Validates HTML5 week input values in ISO-8601 format YYYY-Www (e.g., 2024-W05). The year must fall between 0001 and 275760 (the maximum allowed by the HTML spec), and the week number must be 01-53 with proper zero-padding. Ideal for validating <input type="week"> form submissions client-side or server-side. The g and m flags allow testing multiple values across separate lines.
