This regular expression matches imperial length measurements, such as feet and inches. It optionally captures the feet value (digits followed by a single quote), allows a space-separated dash if feet are present, and captures the inches value. The inches value can include decimal or fractional parts and ends with a double quote, making it ideal for parsing construction or architectural dimensions.
