Regex Tester & Validator

This regex extracts the URL of a high-resolution JPEG image assigned to the "hiRes" key in a JSON string. It looks for the literal sequence {"hiRes":" followed by a web protocol (http.: covers http: or https:), a non-greedy match for the URL path, and a .jpg extension. Using the global (g) and multiline (m) flags, it is highly effective for scraping or parsing large text files and logs to pull out specific image asset URLs from structured data payloads.
