Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches scores on a 0–10 grading scale, accepting integers (0–10) or decimals with one or two places (e.g., 8.5, 9,75, 7.25) using either a dot or comma as the decimal separator. The last decimal digit must be 1–9, so trailing zeros like 8.0 or 8.50 are rejected. Commonly used to validate Vietnamese school grades (điểm) on the thang điểm 10 scale, where the comma is the standard decimal separator.
